The Ayurveda Lab ™- Ghee
Ghee is known as ghrita in Ayurveda and is described as "snehana," a material that hydrates and nourishes the body, particularly the skin. Ghee has long been utilized as a natural treatment for dryness and sensitivity because of its snigdha (unctuous) and mridu (softening) properties. In order to obtain soft, radiant skin, queens and royals in ancient India frequently blended ghee with herbs during their bathing routines.
