FAQs

Pour the Oil in a pan, keep the potli in oil and heat the oil. Rub or gently massage with Potli on pain affected areas.

We do not recomment heating in microwave as it may cause scalding due to uneven heating. It may also not have the same effect as in the case of heating oil and potli in a pan.

Store Potli in a dry, cool and dark place. You can wrap it with a cling film for increasing the shelf life, and place it in the bag it was delivered in. Remember to remove the cling film before next use.
Heated Oil can be stored in a clean, sterilised jar with an airtight lid.

Potli can be used one or twice a day depending on the extent of pain. Ideally twice a day, with a gap of 10-12 hrs should help in pain alleviation.
