Spray the face tonic on your face directly, as a toner. Let it settle on your face for a few moments and then you may wipe off excess liquid from your face using a soft cloth, tissue or cotton ball. If using it as a cleanser you may have to spray and clean with cotton balls a couple of times till all dirt is removed. In summers just spray it on your face as a refresher, if humidity is low, it will just settle into your skin, without the need to wipe it off.
